( HISTORY ) : theodore nathaniel tonks. a nice, traditional, soothing name for a boy born to two ordinary people in an ordinary town. nothing was ever out of place. his father was a successful doctor, and his mother was a kind, yet strict, teacher. it provided a nice home life and social life to match. there wasn't a single person in the small town they lived in that theo didn't know, or wasn't acquainted with. theo was always easy to get along with, even as a child. he would smile at anyone who passed by, and as he got older, he would help anyone who needed it. whether that be health-wise, or advice-wise, he was always there.

during school, he never got picked on and never bullied anyone. he was quiet, and kept to himself most of the time, though he did have a great number of friends. how could someone so friendly not have bundles of friends around him? it would be simply illogical. one time, during recess, a friend of his fell from the jungle gym and scraped their knee. theo was about eight at the time, but he went to his friend nonetheless and helped him up. taking them to the nurse, theo talked to the nurse and everything. the nurse was impressed by how collected he was about all of this. as she left the room for a moment, theo looked at the cut. next thing he knew, the cut was gone. it was a surprise to both theo and his friend, and they left the nurse soon after without another mention of it.

at eleven, theo got his hogwarts letter. his parents were so proud. it was strange, to theo, how accepting they were of this, but he wasn't complaining in the slightest. this was a chance to make new friends, but it also meant saying goodbye to his old ones. after doing that, he went on his way post-shopping for his school supplies. hopping on the express without any further worry, he waved goodbye to his parents and went on his way to good old hogwarts.

upon riding the train and arriving at hogwarts, he had already made plenty of friends. after being sorted into hufflepuff, his fellow house-mates welcomed him and theo found himself in one of the happiest moments of his life. even though he missed his family dearly, he cherished the time he spent at hogwarts with all of his oversized heart. now, it's his final year at hogwarts. though he's sad about it, it also meant he was one step closer to achieving the goal of joining the order. it had always been a dream of his, ever since he found out the meaning behind the order. as he prepares, he also finds himself fancying someone... we'll just have to see what happens, eh?
