Still to put up a page for Phaedra but I reckon they'd be friends for sure. He doesn't like talking much and that suits her just fine cause she's not a big fan of blabbing every two seconds anyways. She's got a reputation for being a bit weird, was bullied by her own housemates and doesn't really give about blood status (but doesn't like Gryffindors as a rule).
