I was going to suggest that fletcher be her first boyfriend but if I actually decided that then we would have issues because I can't see Fletcher being a good boyfriend...ever. However they're the same age and both were in Ravenclaw which means they would know each other pretty well and Fletcher picked up some of his current habits around fifth year or fourth year if I remember correctly. So yes these two MUST know each other.
