WARRIOR POET ONCE SAID ,
" you're not dead yet so live like you could be . "

Sophia lugged her heavy bag across the lawns of Hogwarts down to the Black Lake. It was early morning five thirty to be exact. The sun was just coming out, causing the sky to be a light gray. Sophia was insane when it came to scheduling, every morning she would wake up extra early and come down to the Black Lake to read. The smell of the lake along with the generally chilly morning woke her up nicely. Soph had her latest read in hand--the third Lord of the Rings book. Her father had read them to her (all three) when she was very young, she started reading them for herself over the summer. As a little girl she looked forward to her father's impersonations of Gandolf and Frodo but now she was eager to decipher the deep messages.
This morning was extra cold. It was only mid September but it felt like mid January. Sophia was happy she decided to wear her gloves and heavy wool coat. When she reached the lake she sat down in her usual place. She settled herself down and set her bag down with her books, making sure to leave out the Return of the King as well as her wand. It was so cold she decided to make a fire. She took out a jar (she always had a jar) and cast the spell before putting the gleaming warmth beside her. She opened her book to the first page and divulged into the adventures of Frodo and Sam.
She let time pass, normally she had a great sense of time therefore she didn't really need a watch or anything to keep track of it. Sophia normally went in when the sun was at a high point, that usually meant it was nearing seven. She sighed contented. The sun was starting to rise, it was going to be a lovely day she could tell. For a moment she lifted her eyes away from her book and took a nice look at the scenery. Everything was extremely peaceful and serene. She closed her eyes for a second and felt the wind blow past her. Mornings reminded her of Earth's beauty.
She quietly continued reading her book. No one ever knew when she was not present. She wasn't one to be loud therefore her presence usually went ignored anyway. She didn't worry about being looked for.
