Rodolphus needs some fellow minions. I feel like any Death Eaters will do? He's sort of arrogant in his own quiet way, and thus doesn't really like people all that much, but he understands the importance of allies. He should have a good number of these.

LOVERS
Bella Black, what up.

ENEMIES
Let's juice this bit up. Rodolphus has lots of patience, but he has little temper when it comes to dealing with people face to face. As assistant to the minister, he has lots of power, and he loves to throw that at people and be a completely a**hole boss. I'm sure that throughout his years at Hogwarts he hexed a decent number of Gryffindors. Who's game?

Roddy needs his Rabby! I see these two brothers being very close allies, and it would be nice to have his brother in the mix! Recommended playby is Ian Somerhalder, but naturally, anyone is acceptable!

FRIENDS
Rita is an extremely friendly person, and she loves to meet new people. She has a select few 'close' friends, because she really is a social butterfly. She prides herself on knowing pretty much everyone in the school. Friends + acquaintances + a few close friends. Who's up for it!?

LOVERS
Rita is rather flighty. She is much too bubbly and feisty for a relationship, she's simply not ready and not a commitment person. However, she loves men, and is quite pretty. She's had her fair share of flings and hookups and one night stands, etc. She doesn't make it awkward afterward unless it was REALLY called for. So yeah, some boys here and there would be appreciated.

ENEMIES
Rita hasn't started publicly releasing information with her name on it yet, but she's in murky waters. She can rub somene the wrong way quite easily, her upbeat and sometimes obnoxious attitude coming off as arrogant. She was raised rich, and is afforded a lot of nice things, and this bothers people. She doesn't really have a sense of tact, even though she tries.

FRIENDS
Sam doesn't have a bunch of really close friends because he's rather quiet, but he's a really nice guy. Anyone who's graduated from Hogwarts that isn't necessarily in league with the Dark Lord can be considered a friend of his. Anyone up for friends? Yeah...you know you want to.

LOVERS
Mallory Fawcett is looking like the current plot, but I could see Sam having been in maybe one or two long term relationships in Hogwarts. He's not really a hookup sort of guy, more old school.

ENEMIES
Slytherins who have graduated? Unfortunately, Sam really isn't one to pick fights (only with his Dad). If anyone has a good plot idea, just let me know. I'm sparse for them in this category.

Ben Fenwick would be the perfect best friend for Sam here! Both graduated in the same year at Hogwarts, and they were both Gryffindors. I would love if someone made Sam a close pal. Suggested playby is Jake Gyllenhaal, but of course, anyone would be fine!

Yo, what up? 'Kay, so Bella isn't in love with Rodolphus because she's too busy being obsessed with the Dark Lord, but I don't think she's upset about the engagement either. Especially since he's assistant to the Minister and all. Gotta love power, right? Anywayyy, she definitely has a fair amount of respect for him and likes him well enough. I can see her being attracted to him as well, it's just not going to be all OHMAGAWDICAN'TLIVEWITHOUTHIM.

Unfortunately, he's actually in love with her. I love this plot already. She's completely enamored with the Dark Lord, but Rodolphus is constantly trying to please her? PICTURE! Yes, that's the whole basis of this post. Alright. So they're both in Ravenclaw, a year apart. Dem shall fancy older girls then. Rita? I think they could be friends with benefits? He'll probably won't ask her for any commitment, since I don't think he wants that either. Just that bit of fun and all between these two?

ALICE && RITA

Kay. So Rita started publishing gossip newletters eh. Well, Alice was pregnant and got rid of the baby over the summer of her sixth year. So. Rita could have been in her animagus form when Alice was talking to the guy who got her pregnant. The guy, Jakob, said he didn't want to keep the baby. So Rita just waits over the summer to see if Alice was pregnant or just gets rid of the baby and then drops a bomb in her newsletter. Making it quite obvious it was Alice...? Yeah. I don't know why I'm torturing Alice.

ROSEMARY && RODOLPHUS

Rosemary is eighteen, a former Slytherin, seems a typical pureblood spoiled girl and I don't think Roddy will like her all that much. And I think Rose knows better than to approach Rodolphus for anything at all. I suppose they could be family friends? Since all pureblood families are sort of related. Just general annoyances?

Narcissa&&Rodolphus
Well he's betrothed to her sister, and is a Death Eater so she would at least know who he is. Other than that, not much. Obviously in her later years they know each other a little better because of Lucius but not now.

Emmeline&&Rita
So if Rita is going to be posting nasty things about Alice (her best friend) then she's made an enemy. Em doesn't take people hurting her best friends lightly, and she's not fun to have as an enemy either.

Michelle&&Samuel
So Michelle is 19 and a healer-in-training at St Mungo's. She's also a former Gryffindor like him so they would probably know one another. I think they could have been friends at Hogwarts, and maybe that friendship has carried on to now?

This is perfect, because Rita is definitely not mature enough for any sort of relationship (even though she won't admit it to herself). She doesn't like the idea of committing herself to another person, but she is definitely boy crazy, so friends with benefits is lovely. I could see some funny threads between these two, haha.

ALICE&RITA

Technically, their relationship wouldn't be based off of the newsletter, because Rita publishes them under her pen name, and they are completely anonymous that way. I think that Rita would actually try and befriend Alice to try and get more information on the subject. I'm guessing Alice is clever and would probably realize that there's something odd going on with Rita, so maybe reserved acquaintances? You know, that person that you're nice to but don't really care for all that much? As for publishing the pregnancy in the newsletter and having everyone know about the abortion, I LOVE IT.

ROSEMARY&RODOLPHUS

Bahaha, I love this. Rodolphus hates people in general, so I think it would be funny if these two ran into each other once in awhile. He definitely wouldn't like her spoiled attitude etc.

NARCISSA&RODOLPHUS

That makes perfect sense! Perhaps they get to know each other better over the course of time, but I don't think they'll ever be close friends.

EMMELINE&RITA

Remember, no one knows that its actually Rita who is penning the newsletters. Her animagus form is completely secret to everyone but herself. Perhaps just friendly acquaintances then? Maybe a bit protective of the developing friendship between Alice and Rita?

MICHELLE&SAM

I could actually see these two being very, very good friends. Maybe they dated in Hogwarts, and left on good terms? Perhaps when Sam left for the Falcons and she stayed in school? Sam never really had many relationships in school, so theirs could have been a long one. Maybe from his sixth year, her fifth year, to his seventh year, her sixth? A nice two years there? And yeah, they definitely would have kept in touch and kept their friendship intact. What do you think?

No they never will be. No matter how close Cissy is to Bella, she won't ever be close to him. Just like nothing will ever make Bella like Lucius.

Ahhhh, sneaky. Well if Em ever suspects something, then she'll be mad, very very mad. But for now, acquaintances works, but Em's always on the lookout for trouble when it comes to her friends so she'll keep her eyes open without being truly suspicious.

I really like that idea. It wasn't like anything went wrong with the relationship, he just went one way and she had to stay at school, maybe they broke it off just so the relationship wouldn't wither and die a horrible long-distance relationship death. And yeah sounds good to me, and definitely stayed in touch. She likes watching (not playing) Quidditch so she could go to see some of his games. Hooray for exes staying close friends!

Yes, I know Rita hasn't published things under her name. xD What I meant was she wrote in the newsletter in such a way that everyone knew it was Alice. Or at least suspected it was Alice. -nods- Yes yes, Alice would realise something was off and probably try not to say anything. And then be ohmygosh, how the hell did anyone find out when the news comes out. And then go kill herself or something.
