Narcissa sat on one of the many leather armchairs in the Slytherin Common Room. She had her legs folded under her and had an open book in her lap. It was a book on Defense Against the Dark Arts, and one would think the young girl was studying for class, but in reality she was hunting for dark spells. Hexes and curses she could use. After all, it wasn't like she could just walk into the Restricted Section of the library during the day to look of curses, that wouldn't do at all. During the day she had to keep up appearances, create the illusion that she was really just a dedicated student studying for her class.
Unfortunately most of the hexes in the book Narcissa had known for years now. They were simple enough to perform, and of course, nothing so dark as the Unforgivable Curses would be taught in a class textbook. Not that the fifteen year old needed a book to teach her the real dark magic, that was what she had Bellatrix for. With a sigh the blond closed up the textbook and put it on the table next to the chair she was sitting in. She looked around the Common Room, which was quiet busy, but that was the usual for this time of night. It was after dinner and the Slytherins were hanging out with friends, studying, or in the eyes of the other houses, plotting to take over the world.

SHE'S NO SAINT BUT SHE'LL TAKE YOU TO YOUR KNEES *try her boy, but she'll still do what she please* - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Lucius was in no mood for how loud the common room was. The sad part was most of the noise was the children leaving. Some prank had gone off during some class, to some professor which probably meant the Gryffindors were at it again. Calling them the Marauders gave them way too much power. Who did they think they were? They might as well have their own theme song, it was disgusting. Slytherins too. That was what really pissed him off. He had only taken two steps from the boys dorm before this was all occurring. He could see the cause of it all. A dark brunette standing on a chair at one of the study tables. He was telling the story and had quite the crowd going for his great story telling. If Lucius hadn’t promised he would stop hexing younger years he would have silenced that boy so quickly. Gray eyes turned looking around the room. To bad Bellatrix graduated, otherwise this little boy would be having a nice little meet and great with her wands tip. How troublesome. He had to do it old school. “Shut up, Shut up or get out. NOW,” Lucius yelled. It wasn’t at the top of his lungs but it was pretty close. He watched as the brunette sunk from his chair. He motioned for his fellow groupies to follow him. Most of the crowd exited. Left were a few students whispering, watching him. He rolled the cuffs of his sweater up before stepping down into the dungeon. Obnoxious. His eyes settled on his favorite leather chair that was parked exactly next to the fire. He made his way around the couch taking in the silence that the room had brought. As he neared it the gray eyes settled on a blonde figured parked in the chair exactly across from his. How Troublesome. It was Narcissa. His future Fiancé. Lucius turned his chin towards the area he wished to be presented at before letting a low sigh flow through his teeth. This was ridiculous. His hand held a letter, a letter in which no one would exactly know what it held besides a certain few. He tucked the letter slowly under his sleeve before taking another step. The blonde was reading, how annoying. Someone as beautiful as she hardly needed to study. That was a waste of time. Cissa hardly knew of their future engagement. He was never quite rude to her, but he accepted the insane sister a little easier then the childish young. Lucius walked past her this was a perfect time as any to show he could stand her. He had no choice in the matter, it was already sealed. He had to make the best of it. Well, until she infuriated him and he called of the seal. It would most likely harm someone, but as long as it wasn’t Lucius he hardly cared. He settled into the chair turning towards Narcissa. He sighed, he even had to make himself somewhat gentlemanly. How truly bothersome, so much effort. In fact so much effort he even had to speak to her. “Evening, Narcissa.” He spoke quietly. He quietly pulled the letter from his sleeve opening the top. The red seal was a dead give away. It was blood, a blood seal. That meant it was only from one person. Lucius looked around the common room once more before pulling the top half of the letter out. ‘Dear Mr. Malfoy, you have been invited to tank ranks with one of the most powerful pull in the war’ Lucius paused. Yes, Yes, blah, blah. They wanted him because he was pure blood, they wanted him because he was wealthy. They wanted him because he was now old enough to join the ranks with the Dark Lord himself. His father already told him he was bound to join, it was in his blood to serve him. Lucius hated following instructions and he hated being told who to follow and what to do. Lucius let a small irritated sigh out. Troublesome indeed. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - tag;; cissa=>bay outfit;; awesome clothes words;; 675 notes;; Mine was short too, no worries lyrics;; Anberlin "Dance, Dance, Christa Paffgen" template;; section.disparu @ caution2.0 graphics;;

Narcissa looked up in irritation at the commotion going on in the Common Room. One would think that those of Slytherin house would be above telling stories and gossiping about the stupid pranks the Gryffindor's pulled off, but unfortunately that wasn't so. It made Narcissa quite angry. Being a Slytherin meant you were pure, it meant that you were above the others. It meant you didn't stand on chairs in the common room and yell about something that happened in class. Narcissa glanced up, irritated, contemplating hexing the boy, when someone else shut him up for her.
Lucius Malfoy came down the stairs of the boy's dorm and yelled loudly for everyone to shut up or get out. The blond didn't even flinch at his raised voice, though many other people jumped. Narcissa had put her book down and was busy running one hand through her long blond curls when he sat down in the leather armchair across from her. She probably could have told those students to shut up, she was a prefect after all, but that would have involved work, and now look, she hadn't had to raise a finger, and they were shut up, how convenient. When Lucius spoke to her Narcissa looked up in surprise, the two of them hardly ever spoke, though their families were close enough. From what she could tell Lucius didn't pay much attention to those younger than him, so it was a surprise that he was speaking to her now.
"Good evening Lucius," She spoke stiffly and formally, her voice betraying no emotions other than aloof disinterest. When he opened the letter in his hand and his attention left her she felt a twinge of annoyance, it was quite rude to start a conversation with someone and then seem to forget about them. At least it was rude when it was Narcissa, she was by far more interesting than a letter, there was no doubt in her mind about that. But Narcissa knew better than to press the issue and try and bring the attention back to her. That would make her look childish and immature, which was not what she wanted in this case. She was a fifth year, a prefect, a lady. and worthy of being treated that way.
When Lucius let out a sigh of frustration Narcissa looked over at him, "Disappointing letter?" She asked quietly, not really expecting an answer, after all it was Lucius, he was a Malfoy, and the Malfoys, like the Blacks enjoyed their privacy.

SHE'S NO SAINT BUT SHE'LL TAKE YOU TO YOUR KNEES *try her boy, but she'll still do what she please* - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Lucius nodded when Narcissa returned his greeting. Gray orbs returned back to the letter. He could see the various Death Eaters signatures at the bottom of the letter, saying they all agreed to his arrival. His eyes caught Bellatrix Black and he could help but let a small snort of amusement out. He knew she’d join eventually. He continued reading down the list, the initiation would be approaching. He was almost positive they’d sneak off into the Forest and catch a port key, that or off campus and also retrieve a port key. How troublesome. Lucius was not one for breaking the rules because that meant effort later on. The bloke was plain lazy and hated being kept against his will. Therefore Detention was a waste of time. Was he ready to follow someone for the rest of his life. He didn’t like the idea of it, it was quite. Annoying. His eyes continued to scan the letter, it was taking place soon. Were they also attempting to take Regulus early? Or perhaps Regulus was to watch his? Had they already assumed he made up his mind to join them. Lucius paused when he heard Narcissa’s comment. He let a sigh through his teeth before giving a slight nod. This wasn’t a surprise letter, everyone knew especially the Blacks that this was just lost in the mail and found when they found his was rather ‘worthy’ of it. “A letter,” Lucius began. He turned in his chair so he could face the blonde beauty better. “from your dear sister’s,” Lucius paused staring around the common room. He knew most everyone in the room was bound for the same fate, but it was in the rules and regulations to not alert others of your initiation until it was over. The dark lord hated crowds, that was the last thing Lucius wanted a crowd watching him succumb to be a follower. Oh his reputation. “Party.” He finished. He pulled the top of the letter over to show Cissa that the blood seal. If the woman didn’t recognize that, he would have to reconsider their future marriage. Lucius cleared his throat sitting back in his chair. “It seems, or so it appears,” Lucius started once more. His icy voice never leaving character. He flipped the letter over once as if expecting more from the one who it came from. Shouldn’t there had been a sneak peek at unforgivable curses and how to counter them. It was just plain, blunt, and slightly ridiculous. It amused him to say the least that if they were disguised to look like an average letter, it was poorly done. His followers would know the blood seal, but wouldn’t Hogwarts get rather suspicious of the blood seal only appearing to certain Slytherin’s and the purest Ravenclaws. “My initiation is to be soon,” Lucius yawned once as if the whole thing was rather boring to him, which it was. He rolled his eyes once thinking of all the deatheaters at the hands and feet of the Dark Lord. He held so much power, how dare he think he could control everyone. Although he certainly knew what standing up to a man like him was, and he would rather be on his side then against him. “I suppose, I should probably send back for the small introduction or sorts,” Lucius finished setting the letter on the arm of his chair. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - tag;; cissa=>bay outfit;; awesome clothes words;; 569 notes;; Mine was short too, no worries. Narcissa was watching Lucius with her blue eyes narrowed and calculating, trying to get a read on his emotions. It wasn't easy as he was good at masking his feelings behind his cold grey eyes. She wondered if this was how people trying to figure out what she was feeling felt like, frustrated that they couldn't and a little spooked by the lack of warmth in her eyes. Narcissa had suspicions about the letter, she could think of only a few things that would irritate Lucius Malfoy in such a way, and his words made her smirk, she was right as usual. The blood seal he showed her was something she recognized immediately, anyone in an esteemed pureblood family such as the Blacks would. It was a letter about joining the Death Eaters, a letter most everyone in Slytherin would be receiving in the next few years.
Lucius seemed bored as he explained that his initiation was soon, he even yawned, but Narcissa knew he must be frustrated. For a leader like Lucius, having no choice in becoming a follower would be infuriating. And yet it would be so much better to be on the Dark Lord's side than against him. Join or die. That was how the Death Eaters worked, because when the Dark Lord took over the Wizarding World anyone who wasn't behind him would be destroyed. Narcissa knew that Lucius would not risk getting on the Dark Lord's bad side, no one with any amount of brains would.
"I'm not sure they're interested in simple introductions Lucius," She said quietly, the corners of her lips turning up into a smile, "But then again, the habits of polite society are hard to let go aren't they?" The blond leaned back in the leather armchair, resting her arms on the armrests and blinking a few times, slowly. She knew that the day would come when even she got her letter to join the Death Eaters, but that would not be for another year or two. Narcissa was not one who enjoyed subjecting herself to being ordered around, she liked to be the ones giving the orders and being reduced to a mere follower was something she wasn't any happier than Lucius about. The Dark Lord had the right idea of course, there was no doubt in her mind about that, and if Bellatrix could do it, so could Narcissa. She may not like it, but that was how it was and she figured she might as well learn to live with it, after all, there was no choice in the matter. Narcissa's life had been planned out for her long ago, and now it was her job to live it.

SHE'S NO SAINT BUT SHE'LL TAKE YOU TO YOUR KNEES *try her boy, but she'll still do what she please* - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Lucius studied Narcissa. He was almost positive she was thinking her’s would show up in no time. He placed a hand under his chin watching as she fought a small battle within her mind. He chuckled softly. Oh if only she knew she was to marry him, then she wouldn’t have to have the blasted mark on her arm. She was let off the hook as long as she stuck by his side and supported them. The Dark Lord apparently made acceptations for the wives of Deatheaters, probably because he trusted his Deatheaters to keep their wives in line. He turned back to stare down at the letter, disgust wasn’t exactly the feeling he wasn’t quite sure what this feeling was. He paused, turning to look back to Narcissa as she said simple introductions was hardly the way of the Dark Lord. Lucius rolled his eyes once. He was really trying with Narcissa, and you’d think Bella would have told her something about initiation. He tried not to hold it over her, she probably wasn’t debriefed every night before bed what the night was going to be like. “My dear Narcissa,” Lucius started, his gray eyes fixing on the mysterious blonde woman. “Introductions is merely an introduction to a fellow…member. There the member brings three new comers who are willing to the place where he lies. He doesn’t exactly send letters out with his location in it.” Women, they knew nothing. Well there was Bellatrix, was she a woman? Well Rod sure thought so. He shook his head, patience. He had to learn patience, he was marrying this woman, the time would come before Lucius would have time to reboot his mind into wife and husband mood. Oh the thought made his nerves cringe. “Then the three are to meet his presence, pledge their alliance and such and such.” Lucius picked his chin up from his hand, trying not to look as if he had been slightly annoyed. He sat a little straighten in his leather chair as Cissa continued to say the society hardly let polite go. He couldn’t help but agree with this statement, Cissa had redeemed herself in his eyes. “This is true my dear Narcissa, however,” Lucius thought back to his father’s words. Abraxas told him the night of initiation a couple of the members attempt to torment the new comers, making sure they were ‘up to par’ and able to fend for themselves. It wasn’t anything life threatening, unless you were unworthy. They didn’t exactly just let someone leave the Dark Lord’s presence seen as unworthy. He looked back to Narcissa, this time Lucius small grin faded for a moment. His lips parted as to finish his statement then closed once more. He couldn’t help but feel that this was no longer appropriate. Gray orbs quickly scanned the room when he spotted a fellow Slytherin sitting up against the wall, his eyes tracing Narcissa’s body in a rather offending matter. Even the cold hearted Slytherin king who hardly saw it fit to hold a steady relationship thought that was rather inappropriate. “Cissa, my dear. I do believe a puppy has come to play,” Lucius grinned, there was something mildly attractive at the blonde womans anger, and he was going to enjoy every second of it. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - tag;; cissa=>bay outfit;; awesome clothes words;; 550 notes;; short posts ftw. lyrics;; Anberlin "Dance, Dance, Christa Paffgen" template;; section.disparu @ caution2.0 graphics;;

Narcissa could tell that Lucius was thinking she was just a stupid child, and she didn't like that. She bit back a rude comment, that wasn't what a lady of society would do, and she had been raised to be perfectly poised and polite, the picture of class and elegance. She smoothed her pale blond waves down with long, pale fingers as she watched him with her green eyes.
His next words made her glance up and follow his gaze. A sixth year boy was sitting on the other side of the room, looking her up and down. Narcissa sighed and got to her feet, drawing her birch wand out and holding it lazily in her wand hand, which happened to be her left. She strode over to where the boy sat, her robes billowing out behind her. She knew she was an impressive sight, she was pale, her eyes, skin and hair, but her clothes were dark and bearing the silver green crest of Slytherin. She also knew the look on her face was not friendly, it was spiteful, and showed faint disgust as she looked at the boy, as if he were something stuck to the bottom of her shoe.
"Weren't you ever taught it's not polite to stare?" She asked, her voice haughty as she held her wand lazily at her side, non-threatening, for now. He looked he up and down once again, and that was enough for her. Narcissa Black did not put up with that kind of behaviour from anyone. "Conjunctivitis." She said, pointing her wand at the boy, a grin on her lips. It was a curse that Bella had taught her, and it would cause his eyes to swell, making it hard for him to see anything. "Have fun trying to see anything now" She said with an evil smirk, it seemed like poetic justice to her. Sure magic wasn't supposed to be done on one another, but she was positive he wouldn't report her. She was a Black, and besides, she could do much worse than this curse, and he knew better than to mess with her.
Narcissa turned and walked away from the boy, who was now rubbing his already pink and swelling eyes. She flopped back down on her leather armchair and stuck her wand back in her robes and looked at Lucius. She didn't say anything but tossed her blond hair over her shoulder and crossed her arms, a wry smile on her lips.

SHE'S NO SAINT BUT SHE'LL TAKE YOU TO YOUR KNEES *try her boy, but she'll still do what she please* - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - To say Lucius took pleasure watching Cissa torture the boy was complete utter nonsense. No, that last statement was complete and utter nonsense. He watched the blonde stand making her way towards him. She was a spitfire at the age of fifteen he couldn’t even imagine what two more years would bring. Maybe he would learn to accept Cissa. He still didn’t know how she was in bed, maybe that spit fire was brought behind closed doors. He smirked, she had her wand at the ready about to take care of him. She was not hard on the eyes, she was young, innocent. Lucius did like them like that, he was able to teach before being taught. He enjoyed this, still there was a small fear that when she grew older she also grew wiser, she was not about to take his innocence with her. He watched the spell, which was a new one. He watched as the young man’s eyes swelled. Oh, the irony. He watched as she came and sat down across from him. Lucius raised his hands and made effort to clap quietly. “Well done Narcissa,” He was quite pleased. This spitfire quality always amused him. She had gotten effort out of him, well that was something to brag about. Lucius stood walking towards her. Gray orbs memorizing her features. So when he left this year, was she to hang around with other males? Obviously, Cissa usually kept to herself but he could figure something out. She couldn’t be unprotected he would get a scolding for leaving her without another man’s watchful eye. Lucius sat upon the arm of the chair, smirking. Now he was the one staring, what could he say she charmed him. “You certainly are maturing, my lovely.” He slipped and had called her, his, or my. He silently scolded himself, keeping the smirk plastered to his face. “Cissa, I apologize for being frank but what are you plans for the coming future. You are, already a fifth year.” Was it wrong for him to wonder what his future wife was planning out in her mind. He got off of the arm of the chair turning so he could face her. He ran a hand through the blonde hair before squatting to his haunches. He was showing great interest in this specific area. A Malfoy never lowered himself then a person, better yet a woman. This was a great deal of importance. Gray orbs found her own cold ones, he couldn’t help but find the beauty within him. Bella was dangerously sexy, Andy was, well beautiful, and Cissa, she was turning out to be the jewel and she still had years to grow. She was beautiful to look at and dangerously sexy while angered. He couldn’t help but laugh quietly at the thought. Perhaps he’d make her angry often to receive that spitfire of a personality show more often. He studied her, taking in her details all things he would learn to love, eventually, with time. “Entertain me, hopes, dreams, anything, darling.” Why had Lucius taken a great interest in this, well only time would explain it all to her. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - tag;; cissa=>bay outfit;; ClickForLucywords;; 526 notes;; short posts ftw. lyrics;; Anberlin "Dance, Dance, Christa Paffgen" template;; section.disparu @ caution2.0 graphics;;

When someone pissed Narcissa off she didn't get mad. Well that wasn't true, she did get mad, but she didn't yell or scream or anything like that. She got calm, scary calm, and almost bored, then she cursed the person. That was how she had always worked. It was much more amusing to watch the person who had pissed you off realize that you were mad by the look in your eyes, the dangerous, glittering look of malice. It was so much more fun than screaming at them, and it took less energy as well, as if they weren't worth the energy it took to act truly mad, and to Narcissa, they really weren't worth it.
When Lucius clapped Narcissa couldn't help but smile a little, she had got Lucius Malfoy, who didn't waste effort on anyone but himself, to do that exact thing for her. Sure clapping might not actually take much energy, but considering who it was, it was a big deal. "Thank you," She said, acknowledging his compliment with a slight dip of her head. She looked up at him with mesmerizing hazel eyes framed by long dark lashes. She had a coy smile on her lips that wavered ever so slightly when he called her "my lovely." That was an unusual choice of words for him to use, but she decided not to let it bother her too much. After all, he came from a rich family, he was used to having anything and everything he wanted.
His question was unusual as well, but you didn't not answer Lucius Malfoy, not if you wanted to stay on his good side, which was definitely the safer side to be on. She contemplated how to answer it as he squatted down in front of her, and she found herself looking into his pale grey eyes. She leaned forward, resting her elbow on her knee, and her chin in the palm of her hand. It was a good question, one she hadn't really contemplated before. She had never really looked towards the future, as it had always seemed so far away. But he did have a point, she was fifteen, she would be taking her O.W.L's this year, and would have to pick her classes for the rest of her time at Hogwarts. They determined what she could do with her future.
Narcissa knew one thing was certain, she was going to have to marry. A lady of her status would be expected to marry a man of equal or greater status, and she would also be expected to have children. Was that what Narcissa really wanted? She didn't really know. She supposed there were worse fates, but there were probably better ones as well. She also knew that she would be expected to join the Death Eaters, only that was more than an expectation. She would join them, or she would die, so there really wasn't a choice there. "I want..." She said softly, and realized, there wasn't anything she could think of. Narcissa was fifteen year old girl, most girls her age were full of hopes and dreams, things they wanted to accomplish in life, but not her. She had been told how to behave, and what her life should be like since she was little. She had never really been given a choice, never had the change to develop any dreams of her own. Her life was planned out for her, the only freedom she could see would be the one to pick whom she married, as long as her parents approved of them. She had never had the chance to choose before, she didn't know what it was like to have the possibility to make decisions that affected her life. "I don't... really know," She answered truthfully, wondering how Lucius would respond to that kind of answer.

SHE'S NO SAINT BUT SHE'LL TAKE YOU TO YOUR KNEES *try her boy, but she'll still do what she please* - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Lucius smiled as Cissa recognized it was a lot of effort on his part to clap for her. She even replied with a thank you. Well, this certainly was unexpected. Maybe, quite possibly there arrangement was clever, smart, maybe his dad was a hidden genius. Lucius smirked, his question had thrown Cissa for a loop. His grin spread, she didn’t know what she wanted? Oh this was quite delectable. Then it sparked, a plan, an evil plan. A plan only a Malfoy would devise. It was slightly alluring when it came down to messing with the youngest Black’s mind, although it was far to tempting. Besides Bella would have to act rather polite to him or she would be scolded by the Dark Lord when Lucius decided he wouldn’t join if Bella was present. Oh this was evil. Andy, well she was just Andy. He could handle her if he had to. He brushed a hand back through his hair, getting back to his feet. He returned to his previous spot on the arm of her chair. “You don’t see anything in the future Narcissa Black?” Gray eyes watched her carefully. “No hopes, desires, needs?” Lucius spat out. His voice was sweet, alluring and almost tempting. He ran a finger across the arm of his betrothed. She was young, innocent, if he worked hard enough. Could he make Narcissa Black fall in love with him? It would make life so easy, the future would be cake. He stared down to her wand, carefully rolling it in his hand. “Your decent with spells, have you not thought of cursebreaking or possibly something better?” Lucius voice dropped a few octaves. “What about becoming a successful spell caster, with her own book, her own fame.” Lucius watched her carefully, watching for several different signs for this to work. Lucius carefully took Cissa’s hands in his. “A woman with status, blood purity, anyone would buy a book from you, love” He slowly maneuvered his way towards her ear. His voice dropping to a hushed whisper. “Narcissa’s périodes et charmes,” [Spells&Charms->French] Lucius stood back up, leaving a hand behind his neck. “Men will be lunging for your hand,” He smirked mocking a fake trial of this. Leaning over the arm of the chair to stare into her eyes. “I can hear them now, begging, on their knees for your beautiful hand,” What could he say for himself? All the woman in Slytherin desired a couple things. Fame, fortune, and beauty, some even went to strange lengths to find these things. Lucius watched as another male entered the common room, his eyes barring over towards Narcissa. This time, he wouldn’t tell the mere girl about it, he would scare the poor boy away. Lucius gently slid a hand around Narcissa’s delicate skin, ever so gently turning to grace her lips. He had to be careful about this move, he didn’t want Cissa tattling to dear Bellatrix. Then again, Bella would have guessed Lucius was trying to make with his future. How silly. The boy suddenly be lined towards the boys dorm. He pulled away from Cissa, a smirk crossed his expression. “Now that Bella’s gone, someone must protect you from all this hard work of chasing away future suitors.” He looked down towards her wrist. “Wouldn’t want to harm, the fame and fortune now, would we?” - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - tag;; cissa=>bay outfit;; ClickForLucywords;; 560 notes;; EBIL, EBIL! lyrics;; Anberlin "Dance, Dance, Christa Paffgen" template;; section.disparu @ caution2.0 graphics;;

His question had wormed its way into her head, and now she couldn't get rid of it. She couldn't think of anything she wanted to do, but as much as this bothered her, she didn't realize that it was sad. Narcissa had no idea that it was sad for a girl of her age to have no plans, because she'd never been taught it was alright to have hopes and dreams for herself. Her parents could have those for her, they could plan out her future so that it honoured the family name, but Narcissa herself make her plans, never! The blond shook her head slowly at his question, still consumed with thoughts of it. If she could pick her own future, what would she do? She couldn't come up with an answer, because her brain wasn't wired that way, she just couldn't think of anything.
“No hopes, desires, needs?” Lucius' tone was alluring and a little seductive, and when he ran his finger up her arm Narcissa she shivered a little. He shouldn't be able to make her shiver, she was Narcissa Black, nothing could touch her heart of stone, not anything, and certainly not anyone. Then he began talking about becoming a cursebreaker, a famous spell caster, neither of which she had considered. She was watching his every move carefully as he took her hand, and she suppressed the urge to shiver as chills went through her body. He leaned in closely and whispered in her ear, and a chill went up her spine, causing her to shiver a little, as much as she tried not to. He was very close to her, his mouth right by her ear, she could turn her face and they were only be a hairsbreadth apart.
Then he moved, breaking the spell she seemed to be under, when he wasn't so close she could think more rationally, could be herself. She put on a haughty face and tossed her hair over her shoulder with a disdainful sniff, trying to compensate for her moments of weakness. "Of course they will," She said to his comment about men begging for her hand, "Why wouldn't they be?" Her tone was full of arrogance and vanity, more than usual, but she was still trying to get her face back up after slipping for those few moments.
Narcissa didn't see the new boy come into the common room, she was too busy trying to recompose herself. All of a sudden Lucius' hand was delicately going over her skin, and his lips grazed her's ever so softly. She froze, and waited until he pulled away. Not for the first time that day Lucius had rendered her speechless, a feat not easy to accomplish. She barely heard his words, and just nodded slowly, staring into his grey eyes and trying to get a grasp on the normal her again. "I can take care of myself," She finally managed to whisper, shaking her head to clear it, but making it look like she was just tossing her hair around as she struggled to get her haughty, disdainful look back.

SHE'S NO SAINT BUT SHE'LL TAKE YOU TO YOUR KNEES *try her boy, but she'll still do what she please* - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Cissa made probably the biggest mistake of her life the moment she let Lucius see she liked it. Let the games begin. Lucius watched as Cissa attempted to recover, she had no way of recovering. She stepped into one large rabbit hole, the snake was on the prowl. Gray eyes watched her carefully and she was still attempting to recover from showing him a rather, delicate side. She claimed she could take care of herself. Oh, but could she? Could she protect herself from her protector? He lingered back towards her face. “Can you?” Lucius questioned. He slid his right hand slowly up her arm again, walking his fingers up her shoulder. He took the left hand and caressed her cheek. His fingers slowly tracing over her pale fragile skin. This was going to be easier then he thought. This made Lucius happy, even less work. His eyes watched her the entire time for a reaction. His eyes centered on her lips again. Perhaps, he had misjudged Narcissa. Maybe she was the perfect wife after all. “Someone always needs to be protected, I even need protection,” Lucius cooed. Of course, he hardly meant protection. But he did consider money as a type of protection so he went with it. He lingered closer to her face. His lips returning to hers. It was okay that she didn’t return it right away. He would be concerned if she had. It would title her as desperate and he wasn’t looking for a desperate wife. A shocked and stunned wife, that was even better. He moved them up and down once, before pulling away. Lucius forced a fake blush upon his face. “Sorry,” Lucius quickly apologized. “Sometimes,” He began once more. He stood back up, acting as if he was extremely sorry for what he had just did. “I just get a little carried away,” Lucius watched Cissa. He looked around once more, the common room was still. He enjoyed it this way. Anyone that might have witnessed this wouldn’t have questioned it much. Lucius always was with someone. He was usually just never slinking around in the open. “See, my lovely Cissa. Being protected isn’t bad,” Lucius went around the leather chair she was currently sitting on. He gently began massaging the tense shoulders. He leaned down closer to her ear. “There are many perks,” He cooed in her ear. Lucius dawdled there for a moment, his hands pushing the blonde locks of hair away from her neck. He placed a pure kiss on her right shoulder blade before pulling back up. He continued to massage her gently. This sure was a lot of effort, it had better be worth it. “But, what do I know?” Lucius quietly stated. “If you choose to protect yourself, then fine. Bellatrix would not be pleased.” Lucius dropped his hands from her shoulders slowly making his way back around the leather chair. He stole another quick kiss from Cissa. His hands never leaving the sides of her face. “You let me know if you ever need,” Lucius paused, staring deep into those cold eyes, some that were similar to his own. “Anything.” Lucius finished, slowly painfully slowly making his way to the boys dorm. If he had planned this right, three. Two. Narcissa knew she had made a mistake. She had slipped, let Lucius see her fragile side. The part of her that was just another insecure fifteen year old girl, the part of her that was like every other fifteen year old girl on the planet. She had always been able to maintain the facade, but just now her mask at slipped. Lucius had caused it to slip away for a few moments and she was scrambling to get it back. She watched his hand as it slowly slid up her arm, and then he walked his fingers across her shoulder. She was so intent on watching that hand that she didn't see his other until it was on her cheek. She froze again as his hand caressed her cheek, gently, carefully. She was taking careful breaths, trying to keep her heart from pounding out of her chest. She was amazed that he couldn't hear it, but she supposed it was only loud to her because she could feel it beating against her rib cage like a frantic bird.
She didn't believe his words when he said even he needed protection. This was Lucius Malfoy, he didn't need protection from anything, he could take care of himself and everyone knew it. Then he kissed her again. Narcissa wished she could say that she was expecting it this time, but she wasn't. She was just a shocked as the first time, shocked into silence. She liked how he kissed her softly, but with self-assurance at the same time, because she didn't know what she was doing. Then he pulled away, his pale cheeks slightly pink, and he apologized. Lucius Malfoy apologized. Narcissa didn't think she'd ever live to see the day that that happened, but it had. It was a miracle. "It's fine," She said, attempting a shaky, smile. She could feel that her cheeks were flushed, something that was very unusual for her.
She turned her head as Lucius got up and moved behind her chair, and he leaned over to gently begin to massage her shoulders. She was tensed up and nervous, and what he whispered in her ear didn't exactly help her relax. The feeling of him brushing her hair off her neck and kissing her shoulder blade made a shiver go down her spine. Then he brought up Bellatrix. Narcissa had no idea what her sister had to do with this conversation, but apparently Lucius seemed to think that Bella would want him protecting Narcissa. She had no idea what Bella would want, since it was near impossible to guess what her sister was thinking. Whether Bella wanted Cissy protected was something only the eldest Black sister knew.
Movement, another quick kiss, and Cissy found herself staring into those grey eyes once again. His hands were on the side of her face, cupping it, and his words were soft, “You let me know if you ever need anything." And then he got up and began walking away towards the boy's dorm. Narcissa didn't know what to do, she could let him walk away and leave her confused and alone, or she could stop him. She made her decision in a split second. Jumping to her feet she hurried towards his retreating figure. She grabbed him by the arm and spun him around, "What, does that mean?" She asked, not sure how to phrase the questions bursting in her brain, begging to be asked. She was so confused right now, her feelings were all over the place, and she didn't like it. She was used to have perfectly controlled emotions, and the way Lucius made her feel was not normal. It scared her, yet intrigued her at the same time. Under his cool demeanor was something else, something that would have sent more sensible girls running, but Narcissa was not sensible. And she didn't realize that when he whirled him around and asked him that question she sealed her fate.

SHE'S NO SAINT BUT SHE'LL TAKE YOU TO YOUR KNEES *try her boy, but she'll still do what she please* - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Lucius could only smile. He had won, yet again. He always got what he wanted, he was a spoiled, greedy, slightly lust happy and yet he was still growing, still learning more of these so called wonderful sins. Like he said previously if these were sins then by all means, send him to hell. He raised a hand about to ready to place it on the door knob when he felt the warmth spread across his arm. He turned to see Narcissa. His smile quickly faded to start the act once again. His eyes focused on Cissa, what was that? What did that mean? Oh he was truly a master mind, she was giving in and she was showing and proving that she was believing every bit of this. Lucius turned leaning closer to her. “I believe darling,” Lucius replied quietly. “I’m offering you my services,” Lucius leaned back away from her so he could see her entire form. “I only spend time on those that are worthy of it.” Lucius replied once more returning a small wink to her. He leaned closer to her once more, his hand taking hers in his. He raised the hand to his lips and placed a gentle kiss on it. Lucius heard a snicker, gray eyes turned so he could see the same Slytherin watching in anticipation. He laughed, his other hand reached towards her chin, kissing her once more. “Sorry,” He apologized once more. Lucius eyed the small boy watching them and then rolled his eyes. He leaned closer to her, whispering in her ear. “I’ve been told I am a little possessive.” Lucius snickered quietly leaning backwards. He dropped one hand and ran one through the blonde locks of hair. “I don’t usually believe them, but I suppose I do enjoy the things I enjoy and intent to protect them at all costs.” Lucius turned back towards Cissa. She was definitely one of the finer things when it came to the Black Family. He held a genuine smile for a for a moment. Marriage was going to be one of the easiest things of his life. She was willing to submit to him, ask him the simplest questions, had absolutely no plans. And was already falling for him. Lucius missed the heat of her lips on his. He couldn’t help but want the painful sensation back. Wait, what? Lucius turned from her for but a moment, he let a low sigh form greeting her once more. He had his initiation to think about, which was far more important that winning Cissa over for a day. Just the thought of the controlling powers the Dark Lord held, put a small damper on his ever so giddy mood. He tried shaking it away. Gray eyes wandered around the common room. He slowly snaked a hand around Cissa’s small frame. He leaned over closer to her. “I’m sure,” He started. “You understand, exactly what this means,” Lucius let his hand fall slowly from her, his hands were already aching from missing her form. Was he that lonely or did the heartless bastard actually care for her. He shook his head, which was nonsense, the last time he actually loved something it ended horribly. He hated thinking about it. He hated caring; he hated feelings, and emotions. He swallowed once. His eyes turning back to watch Cissa. “Forgive me, I sometimes come on a bit to forward,” Lucius replied quietly, looking slightly shameful. “Perhaps, next time less touching and more words?” He suggested. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - tag;; cissa=>bay outfit;; ClickForLucywords;; 588 notes;; Okay, so there's a tiny bit of god mod I apologize! “I believe darling I’m offering you my services." These words were whispered softly, with his face close to hers, and she took a took slow breaths, trying to keep herself from blushing, though her cheeks were slightly flushed. He leaned back and complimented her, which caused her to smile, but not blush. She couldn't keep blushing. Why the hell did she keep blushing? He kissed her hand, forever the gentleman of polite society, but she managed to hold her blush off from no more than the hint of pink already tinting her cheeks. He chuckled at something, or more appropriately someone, a boy sitting nearby seemed to be watching them. And before she knew it he had leaned in and kissed her again. This time she didn't stand stock still, frozen by shock, this time she kissed him back, a little. Just a little response to show him that she wasn't totally frozen and astounded anymore, just mostly.
"Being a little possessive isn't a bad thing, it means you don't want to loose what you have." She said with a smile when he said he had been told he was a bit possessive, she could see that in him. From what she knew about him Lucius was used to getting what he wanted, and keeping it until he discarded it like an old cloak that he had worn out. Narcissa didn't intend to be discarded like just another girl, she was better than that and she knew it. She tried not to shiver under his touch as he leaned forward, moving his hand around her. "Forgiven," She whispered softly, biting her lip. "And I'm fine with whatever you want, talking, or other things." She batted her eyelashes at him, her flirty and charming smile resting on her lips.
