004. Subplot

To say that FAWCETT was in love with KIRKE would be a lie. She was obsessed with him. Did she also love him? Of course. But FAWCETT is known for having many crushes in a short period of time. She could try to convince her friends all she wanted, but this was absolutely no crush! She was in love with KIRKE, but she hadn't said a word to him in quite a while. She owls him every once in a while, but he's busy with his job and whatnot. FAWCETT keeps on thinking about him, writing his name in silly little hearts all over her papers and notes.

KIRKE is completely unaware of the sixteen-year-old he has enchanted. He knew her a little back when they were in school, but they weren't really close. Sure, they were both in Ravenclaw, but that's it. He did think that FAWCETT was adorable, but that's it. Once she was thirteen and he was seventeen, they got a bit closer, but still not as much. She started to flirt with him like crazy back then (FAWCETT had liked him since she was eleven), and he couldn't help but flirt back.

Now FAWCETT is trying to get a hold of KIRKE. She sends him owls, and they meet up every now and then at Hogsmeade. Him being there for her makes her excited to graduate from Hogwarts, irregardless of the war going on. Her love for him was still strong, as she could only hope that the same was on his part. The idea of KIRKE being with FAWCETT still struck in his mind, but the only thing he could really do was be friends with her and ask her out on a few dates.

Will KIRKE realizes that FAWCETT has loved him all along? Will FAWCETT and KIRKE ever be able to properly get together? Will FAWCETT's other crushes get in the way of their relationship?
